50% deposit due within 10 days of booking a charter. Deposits only refundable if customer cancels 14 days before charter date. (2 weeks) No deposits will be refunded within 14 days of charter date. All money will be refunded due to inclement weather. We will make every effort to reschedule trips in advance of bad weather. However, unforseen weather condtions are possible and may result in rescheduling the day of the charter.
